How to add funds to my account?

Information to complete a bank transfer can be found in the ‘Deposit/Withdraw’ -> ‘Deposit’ section in your account. It is highly recommended to include your investor ID in the payment details of your bank transfer.

We accept SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) payments in Euro currency only. Swift payments and payments via credit/debit cards are not accepted, as it has to be a wire transfer.

Please note that the bank system is able to recognize the complete name of the payer, therefore the deposits shall be recognized and accepted even without the investor account number included in the payment details.

    Can I add another bank account?

    Yes, there is no limit for additional bank accounts, as long as they are your personal bank/payment provider accounts. In order to add a new account, you have to transfer at least 0.01 Eur to your PeerBerry account, there is no way to add it manually.

      How fast funds will reach my portfolio?

      Please note that it might take up to 2 working days for funds to arrive to your PeerBerry account.

      If you can’t see the deposit in your account within 2 working days, please reach out to our customer support with a copy of a bank transfer.

        PeerBerry does not apply any service, deposit, or withdrawal fee. There is no limit for a deposit.

            Can I deposit to another investors’ account?

            No, deposits are accepted only from your personal bank account to your personal PeerBerry account. If the deposit will be confirmed from someone else’s bank/payment provider account, it will be declined and returned.

            If you have a joint bank account, a statement or another valid bank document will be needed as proof. One bank account can be assigned to only one PeerBerry account.

              When and how can I withdraw my funds?

              You are able to withdraw your inactive funds (funds not assigned to an active contract) that are listed in your investor profile as ‘Available funds’. As the User Agreement states, the main currency of operations on the platform is Euro, withdrawals also can be requested only in Euros.

              To withdraw your inactive funds you have to go to the ‘Deposit/Withdraw’ -> ‘Withdraw’ section on your profile, insert the required amount to be withdrawn, select your bank account to which funds will be transferred, and confirm the request by pressing ‘Withdraw’:

              Important: Each withdrawal request must be confirmed by the verification code sent to the investor’s email. The withdrawal request will be automatically canceled if the investor does not confirm the withdrawal within one hour or fails to enter the withdrawal confirmation code correctly several times.

                How to add a new bank account for money withdrawal?

                In order to add a new bank/payment provider account to which you want to withdraw your money, you have to transfer at least 0.01 Eur from your new account to your PeerBerry account. All bank/payment provider accounts used to transfer money to PeerBerry will be registered on your profile, and you will be able to choose from any of these accounts when requesting a withdrawal.

                  How fast will I receive my withdrawal?

                  Withdrawal requests are processed on the same (or next available) business day. Once the withdrawal is processed and marked as ‘Done,’ it may take up to 2 working days for the funds to reach your bank account, it mostly depends on the bank/payment provider.

                  Note that withdrawals initiated to newly added bank accounts require additional verification and may be processed only after 3 business days. In case you need to withdraw funds to the newly added bank account sooner, please contact our Client Support.

                    Is there a limit or fee for a withdrawal?

                    PeerBerry does not apply any service, deposit, or withdrawal fee.

                    The maximum limit per withdrawal transaction on PeerBerry is 15 000 Eur (if you need to withdraw a higher amount, you can initiate multiple transactions).

                    The minimum withdrawal amount should be not less than 1 Eur.

                    Funds withdrawal can be made to the bank account from which the deposit was made.
