What perks do I get by becoming a loyal investor?

Depending on your active investment portfolio size, you are assigned to a loyalty category which gives you an additional interest bonus of +0.5%, 0.75%, or 1%, for all your future investments. Your return depends on which: Silver, Gold, or Platinum, the category you have.

Please note that your loyalty category gives your strategy/strategies a priority in the Auto Invest strategies queue. The Platinum category has the highest priority, Gold and Silver goes after.

    How to become a loyal investor?
    • You have to be a member of PeerBerry for more than 90 days;
    • In your active investment portfolio, you have to have 10 000 Eur or more.

      How will an additional interest bonus count for my future investments?

      Once you become a loyal investor, an additional bonus of +0.5%, 0.75%, or 1% (depending on the loyalty category), will be automatically applied to all of your new investments. Please note that the bonus does not apply for previously completed investments.

      To check if the bonus was applied, go to ‘My investments’ list, choose a specific loan, check its interest rate, then open loan details (green loan ID number), where you will see the initial loan interest rate, then compare if an additional bonus, depending on your loyalty category, was applied.

        How often do the loyalty program updates appear?

        The very first upgrade to a loyalty category happens within 1-2 days after the 90 days period ends (to become a loyal investor, you have to be a PeerBerry customer for at least 90 days and have more than 10 000 Eur in your portfolio).

        Later, calculations happen on the very last days of each month, and the updates appear on the very first days of each new month. To check your loyalty category, please navigate to the ‘Overview’ section and locate ‘Rewards’ -> ‘Your loyalty category’.

          My account balance reached 10 000/25 000/40 000 Eur, but I did not get the Silver/Gold/Platinum category. Why?

          Either your 90 days period as a PeerBerry customer has not passed yet, or you have added funds after the calculations already happened. Let us remind you that calculations happen on the very last days of each month, and the updates appear on the very first days of each new month.

            What defines an active investment portfolio?

            The active investment portfolio is your investments and your current balance summed. For example, if you have 9 000 Eur invested and 1 500 Eur available, your active investment portfolio would account for 10 500 Eur.

            When calculations for a possible upgrade to a loyalty category would happen, you would be included in the Silver loyalty category, and an additional interest bonus of +0.5% would be automatically applied to all of your new investments.

              What loyalty categories are there?

              Silver 

              Active investment portfolio from 10 000 Eur will grant you an additional interest bonus of +0.5% for your future investments;

              Gold 

              Active investment portfolio from 25 000 Eur will grant you an additional interest bonus of +0.75% for your future investments;

              Platinum 

              An active investment portfolio from 40 000 Eur will grant you an additional interest bonus of +1% for your future investments.

                Can I skip a loyalty category and go straight to Gold/Platinum?

                Yes, you can. The very first upgrade to a loyalty category happens within 1-2 days after the 90 days period ends (to become a loyal investor, you have to be a PeerBerry customer for at least 90 days and have more than 10 000 Eur in your portfolio).

                Later, calculations happen at the very last days of each month, and the updates appear on the very first days of each new month. You will be able to check your loyalty status change in your ‘Personal settings’ -> ‘Other information’ -> ‘Loyalty category’.
