The Lithome project Taikos aleja generated a profit of EUR 79 549 for PeerBerry investors
On May 25, PeerBerry business partner – real estate developer Lithome – successfully closed the apartment building project “Taikos aleja”. The total loan of EUR 550 000 was repaid plus a profit of EUR 79 549 in total was paid to PeerBerry investors.

“Taikos alėja” is an Energy Class A+ apartment building in Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania, district Justiniškės. 1-4 room apartments have been designed from 30 to 65 sq. m areas, all apartments have spacious glass balconies or private terraces. A peaceful backyard, elevators, and an underground parking lot: all this makes a perfect home for both small and large families. The cozy environment at home and the central part of the city nearby – residents of Vilnius like the location of Justiniškės because of the excellent transport and communications, well-developed infrastructure, and affordable accommodation prices. All apartments were sold out during the construction.
