Lithome has repaid a loan of EUR 595 000 with interest to PeerBerry investors | Project Snipiskiu perspektyvos

PeerBerry business partner – real estate developer Lithome – successfully closed the apartment building project “Šnipiškių perspektyvos”. The real estate loan of EUR 550 000 and interest of EUR 45 000 (in total EUR 595 000) were repaid to PeerBerry investors on October 14, 2021.

The multi-apartment building of Energy Class A+ “Šnipiškių perspektyvos” is located in a very attractive place in the centre of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. All 1-3 room apartments were sold before the completion of the construction.
