The Lithome project Platinum48 generated a profit of EUR 41 173 for PeerBerry investors
On March 12, PeerBerry business partner – real estate developer Lithome – successfully closed the apartment building project “Platinum48”. The total loan of EUR 550 000 was repaid to PeerBerry investors. In total, investors have earned a profit of EUR 41 173.

The apartment and business center “Platinum48” is located near the Vilnius city center (Lithuania), in one of the most prestigious districts in Vilnius – Antakalnis. The building contains 1-3 room apartments of unique design and urban style for living. On the first and second floors of the building, there are offices of various sizes and designs and other commercial purpose premises offered for rent.
