PeerBerry launches Secondary Market

PeerBerry has launched a Secondary Market, enabling investors to sell their existing investments and allowing other investors to purchase them. The Secondary Market is available in your PeerBerry account under the Invest section.

Currently, the Secondary Market is available only to desktop users. Later this year, the Secondary Market functionality will also be introduced in the PeerBerry app.

All investors can offer their current investments for sale on the Secondary Market. To purchase investments, users must have successfully completed identity verification and hold sufficient funds to acquire the investment offered on the platform. The same eligibility and investment conditions apply to both the Secondary and Primary Markets.

Operating principles:

  • No fees apply to users on PeerBerry’s Secondary Market.
  • Investments can be sold at their remaining value or with a discount of up to 50%.
  • Only full investments can be sold; partial sales are not allowed.
  • Each sale offer is active for 14 calendar days and is automatically cancelled if not purchased.
  • Sale offers can be cancelled or adjusted at any time before purchase.
  • Investments bought on the Secondary Market can be resold after 1 day from purchase.

Detailed instructions on how to sell or buy investments are available in the Help section.

Following the launch of the Secondary Market, PeerBerry’s User Agreement has been updated to include provisions related to the Secondary Market. Please review the updated User Agreement here.
