The borrower is SIBgroup company Kimitus LLC, that has extensive experience in the construction industry and building development in Lithuania.

- the total area for sale – 1 391 sq.m.
- planned sales revenue – 2 600 000 EUR
- the total investment needed for this project is 1 200 000 EUR (investment into the land plot – 400 000 EUR, investment into construction – 800 000 EUR)
- Kimitus LLC has already invested in the project 450 000 EUR
- the loan received from the bank – 550 000 EUR
- need for funding – 200 000 EUR
- completion of construction works – 65%
The loan originator of the Business center project remaining amount 200 000 EUR is SI Baltic LLC. This amount will be paid back to investors 2021-07-20.
