October 2026 | PeerBerry portfolio reaches €160.95 million, user base exceeds 124,000

October brought another month of growth for PeerBerry, with the outstanding loan portfolio reaching a new record of €160.95 million, total interest paid to investors exceeding €60 million, and the international investor community growing to over 124,000 users.

During October, investors funded €45.35 million in loans. By the end of the month, PeerBerry’s outstanding loan portfolio had reached €160.95 million, representing 3.6% growth compared to September.

The portfolio has grown significantly throughout 2026, increasing from €116.34 million at the beginning of the year to €160.95 million at the end of October – an increase of €44.61 million, or 38.3%.

Since PeerBerry’s launch in 2017, investors have collectively funded €3.6 billion in loans through the platform.

Interest paid to investors exceeds €60 million

October marked another important milestone in investor earnings. During the month, investors received €1.23 million in interest, bringing the total interest paid since PeerBerry’s launch to €60.06 million.

During ten months of 2026, investors earned €10.27 million in interest.

PeerBerry’s historical average annual investment return remains approximately 11%, although individual returns depend on investor loyalty category, investment choices, loan terms, and other factors.

Short-term loans account for nearly 24% of the portfolio

The expansion of short-term loans remains one of the most anticipated developments in PeerBerry’s investment offering this year.

At the beginning of 2026, short-term loans accounted for approximately 7% of PeerBerry’s outstanding portfolio. Now, their share had reached 24%, more than tripling in ten months.

The growing supply of short-term loans provides additional opportunities for investors who prefer shorter investment periods and more frequent reinvestment opportunities.

International investor community exceeds 124,000 users

PeerBerry’s international community continued to grow in October, reaching 124,254 users.
