May 2026 | Record portfolio and 35% increase in loan supply

May was another strong month for PeerBerry investors, marked by a significantly higher supply of loans, record portfolio growth, and the addition of a new lending partner from Australia.

During the month, PeerBerry investors funded EUR 35.63 million in loans, representing a 35% increase compared to April. The increased funding volume was driven by growing loan issuance from existing lending partners and the continued expansion of Aventus Group’s international operations.

In May, investors earned EUR 960 831 in interest, bringing the total amount of interest paid to investors since PeerBerry’s launch to EUR 54.4 million.

PeerBerry’s outstanding portfolio reached a new all-time high of EUR 126.56 million at the end of May, marking the highest portfolio value in the platform’s history.

In May, 1 175 new users joined the platform, bringing the total number of verified investors to 118 894.

Since its launch, PeerBerry investors have collectively funded more than EUR 3.38 billion in loans.

New investment opportunities from Australia

To further diversify investment opportunities for investors, PeerBerry added a new business partner in May — Credit365 AU, a short-term lender from Australia operating under Aventus Group.

The final technical integration works are currently underway, and the first Australian loans are expected to become available on the platform shortly. Loans issued by Credit365 AU will offer investors additional geographic diversification and will be secured by both a buyback guarantee and a Group guarantee.

Significant repayments from real estate projects

May also brought substantial repayments from real estate projects financed through PeerBerry.

During the month, Lithome, SIB Group, and Aventus Home repaid a total of EUR 10.79 million in loans to investors. These repayments generated more than EUR 1.15 million in interest income for PeerBerry investors – the total repaid principal amount including interest is EUR 11.94 million.

Investor activity on the secondary market remained stable. During May, investors traded EUR 233 640 worth of investments on PeerBerry’s secondary market.

Aventus Group continues strong growth

The increased supply of investment opportunities on PeerBerry is closely linked to the continued growth of Aventus Group, PeerBerry’s largest business partner.

During the first five months of 2026, Aventus Group companies issued EUR 690 million in loans, compared to EUR 528 million during the same period last year — an increase of more than 30%.

According to preliminary figures, May was particularly strong, with monthly loan issuance growing from EUR 108 million in May 2025 to EUR 158 million in May 2026, representing a 46% increase.

At the same time, Aventus Group continues to expand internationally. Decisions have already been made to launch operations in Brazil and the Dominican Republic, while additional expansion opportunities are being evaluated in other markets. The Group is also preparing to launch a new mobile phone financing product in Mexico, South Africa, and Peru.

The continued growth and expansion of Aventus Group are expected to contribute to a higher supply of loans and broader diversification opportunities for PeerBerry investors throughout the year.
