Lithome and SIB Group repaid loans totaling EUR 1.79M with interest

Today, PeerBerry’s business partners – real estate developers Lithome and SIB Group– repaid investors two loans totaling EUR 1.79 million with interest.

Lithome has repaid a one-year term loan of EUR 750 000 (the real estate project “Baltupio 51a”) and paid our investors EUR 70 731 in interest.

SIB Group has repaid a two-year term loan of EUR 800 000 (the real estate project “Krokuvos”) and paid our investors EUR 172 061 in interest.
