Lithome has repaid a loan of EUR 1M and paid EUR 93 658 in interest

Today, PeerBerry’s business partner – real estate developer Lithome – repaid investors a EUR 1 million loan (real estate project “Mokslininkų”) and paid our investors EUR 93 658 in interest.

This month, PeerBerry real estate partners (SIB Group and Lithome) have, in total, repaid EUR 2.8 million in loans and paid EUR 443 870 in interest.
