Information on the change in the PeerBerry shareholders’ structure
From April 30, 2021, Igoris Trofimovas, a member of the Board of PeerBerry, became a shareholder of PeerBerry.
I.Trofimovas acquired a 50% stake in PeerBerry from former shareholder Genrik Baitiul, who has been a shareholder at PeerBerry since January 2018. I.Trofimovas is a member of the Board of PeerBerry since August 2019.
“Being in cooperation with the regulator in Latvia, we planned changes in PeerBerry’s shareholder structure last year already. We are entering a new phase of being a regulated institution and to increase PeerBerry’s share capital quite soon. Our future vision is to have shareholders who are actively involved in the platform’s activities, so we are glad that our Board member Igoris Trofimovas, who has been actively involved in all business processes on the platform for almost two years, has become our shareholder. We believe that with the new shareholder structure, we will be even stronger and create more value for our investors”, – says Arūnas Lekavičius, CEO of PeerBerry.
Igoris Trofimovas has extensive experience in the real estate development industry and finance. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and business administration at Vilnius university.
Currently, PeerBerry is owned by two shareholders – Igoris Trofimovas (50% of shares) and Ivan Butov (50% of shares).
