SIB Group has repaid EUR 440 942 to PeerBerry investors

Today, PeerBerry’s business partner – real estate developer SIB Group – has repaid investments into a commercial real estate project – business center K32 located in a prestigious place in Vilnius (Kęstučio str.32), the capital of Lithuania. K32 is a Class A commercial building that combines modern architectural solutions with innovative technologies.

The real estate loan of EUR 400 000 plus earned interest of EUR 40 942 (total amount of EUR 440 942) was repaid to PeerBerry investors on October 7, 2022.
