SI Baltic offers to invest in a commercial real estate project | 9,5% ROI
PeerBerry’s business partner, real estate development company SI Baltic, invites investors to invest in a commercial real estate project in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
The project of a commercial building is being developed in the suburb of Vilnius, in the Tarandė district of individual houses. Due to good road infrastructure with the city center and main exits to other major Lithuanian cities, this district is attractive for the development of commercial facilities.
SI Baltic subsidiary Gobelita LLC has already acquired a plot of land worth EUR 177,000 for the construction of a commercial building by investing its own funds. Currently, a building project is being developed and the necessary infrastructure for construction is being prepared on the land plot.
It is planned to invest EUR 200,000 at this stage of real estate development. The amount in which SI Baltic offers to invest on PeerBerry is EUR 100,000. The annual return on investment in this real estate project is 9.5%. The term offered for investment – 360 days. The offer goes together with a SI Baltic buyback guarantee in case if the borrower delays the payments for more than 60 days.

The borrower is SIBgroup company Gobelita LLC, that has extensive experience in the construction industry and building development in Lithuania.

Construction of the commercial building will start in Q1 2021. The planned completion of construction is Q3 2022.
