Lithome has repaid EUR 983 751 to PeerBerry investors

Today, PeerBerry’s business partner – real estate developer Lithome – has repaid investments into an apartment building project (two houses with a cozy concept of 1.5–4 room apartments and terraces) located in a prestigious place of Vilnius Old Town (Aukštaičių str. 25, Vilnius).

The real estate loan of EUR 900 000 plus earned interest of EUR 83 751 (total amount of EUR 983 751) was repaid to PeerBerry investors on October 20, 2022.
