July 2026 | PeerBerry portfolio reaches EUR 144 million as investor activity accelerates

Investor activity remained strong throughout July, driving PeerBerry to another month of record growth. Higher investment volumes, a growing outstanding portfolio, increasing investor earnings, and an expanding supply of loans continued to strengthen the platform’s performance.

During July, PeerBerry investors funded EUR 41.6 million in loans, an increase of more than 8% compared to June. Since the platform’s launch, investors have collectively funded more than EUR 3.46 billion in loans.

The growing investment activity resulted in another record for the platform. At the end of July, PeerBerry’s outstanding portfolio reached EUR 144.27 million, increasing by approximately 9% over the month and marking the highest portfolio value in the platform’s history.

Investor returns also continued to grow. During July, investors earned more than EUR 1.1 million in interest, bringing the total interest paid since PeerBerry’s launch to EUR 56.53 million.

The PeerBerry community continued its steady expansion as well. During the month, 1,116 new investors joined the platform, increasing the total number of verified users to more than 121,000.

Other platform statistics

Real estate investments continued to generate successful repayments during the month. SIB Group repaid EUR 7.2 million in principal to investors. Including interest, investors received a total of EUR 8.53 million, of which approximately EUR 1.33 million represented interest income.

Activity on the Secondary Market remained stable, with investments worth EUR 243,549 traded during July.
