January 2026 | Over EUR 50 million – the total interest paid to PeerBerry investors
In January, PeerBerry investors funded EUR 27.9 million in loans—slightly more than in the previous month—and received EUR 881,487 in interest. By the end of the month, the total interest paid to investors since the platform’s inception reached EUR 50.68 million.
PeerBerry’s portfolio—the total amount currently invested—stood at EUR 117.17 million at the end of January, increasing by EUR 1 million (1%) compared to the end of December.

During the month, real estate and business loan providers (SIB Group, Lithome, Litelektra, and Aventus Home) repaid a total of EUR 7.47 million, including interest, on one- and two-year term loans.

A total of 1,354 new investors joined the platform in January. PeerBerry now has more than 114 261 verified users.
Since PeerBerry’s launch, investors have funded over EUR 3.27 billion in loans.
In mid-January, PeerBerry launched a secondary market, which is currently undergoing improvements and is scheduled to be relaunched between 9–12 February.
