January 2024 | PeerBerry investors funded EUR 72.22 M of loans

PeerBerry investors funded EUR 72.22 million of loans in January (2% more than in December) and earned EUR 816 693 in interest. We expect to keep a growth trend in loan supply in the coming months.

PeerBerry’s portfolio amounted to EUR 106.14 million at the end of the last months. The portfolio slightly decreased in January (compared to December), mainly due to large repayments in real estate loans last month.

In January, 1 333 new investors joined the platform. PeerBerry currently has over 78 947 verified investors.

Since PeerBerry’s inception, investors have funded EUR 2.38 billion of loans and earned over EUR 29 million in interest.
