Growing loan volumes and rising interest rates

PeerBerry business partner Aventus Group continues to demonstrate strong growth in loan issuance volumes. The most substantial expansion potential is expected in the markets where Aventus Group commenced operations this year — namely Argentina, Peru, Canada, and Australia.

Additionally, a significant increase in loan volumes is projected for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Poland.

Aventus Group’s total loan portfolio is expected to grow by 20% in the first half of 2026, up from its current level of EUR 340 million.

The continued growth in loan origination provides PeerBerry investors with a broader range of investment opportunities and the potential for enhanced portfolio returns.

Crediwise from South Africa joins PeerBerry with short-term loans

Crediwise, a short-term lender from South Africa, has joined the PeerBerry platform, offering investors additional opportunities to invest in South African short-term loans. This marks the third South African lending partner to join PeerBerry’s business network.

Loans issued by Crediwise are secured with both a buyback and a group guarantee, offering PeerBerry investors an 8.5% annual interest.

Founded in 2025, Crediwise (legal name Crediwise Technology (Pty) Ltd; the company’s website: crediwise.co.za) operates under the supervision of the National Credit Regulator (NCR) — the authority responsible for regulating credit providers in South Africa in accordance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (NCA).

Finwind business loans to support expansion in new markets

To support Aventus Group’s lending operations in Argentina, Peru, Canada, and Australia, 1-month term business loans are being offered to PeerBerry investors through the SPV company Finwind. These loans offer an 8% annual return and are secured by a buyback obligation and a group guarantee, providing PeerBerry investors with an additional layer of security.

Finwind and Crediwise loans will be available on the PeerBerry platform daily on business days.
