February 2026 | PeerBerry’s outstanding portfolio exceeded EUR 118 million

In February, PeerBerry investors funded EUR 22.11 million in loans and received EUR 893 703 in interest. By the end of the month, the total interest paid to investors since the platform’s inception reached EUR 51.57 million.

At the end of February, PeerBerry’s outstanding portfolio amounted to EUR 118.18 million – the highest level in the platform’s history. The portfolio growth is primarily driven by the increasing share of long-term loans on the platform, as investor funds remain invested for longer periods.

During the month, real estate and business loan providers (Aventus Home and SIB Group) repaid a total of EUR 4.5 million, including interest, on one- and two-year term loans.

Please note that long-term loans continue to dominate the PeerBerry offering. We therefore encourage you to regularly review your AutoInvest settings to ensure they align with the current supply – particularly regarding loan originators, loan terms, and available interest rates.

A total of 1 089 new investors joined the platform in February. PeerBerry now has over 115 000 verified users.

Since PeerBerry’s launch, investors have funded more than EUR 3.29 billion in loans.
