Lithome project N-Garden was repaid to investors with 44 675 Eur of profits
On August 1 this year, PeerBerry business partner – real estate developer Lithome – successfully accomplished the apartment building project “N-Garden” on PeerBerry. 1757 PeerBerry investors have invested in the Lithome project “N-Garden”. In total, PeerBery investors have financed the amount of 544 979 Eur of the “N-Garden” project and per one year have earned 44 675 Eur of interest. All investments with the interest earned are already paid out to PeerBerry investors.
About the project “N-Garden”
The residential building is located in a very attractive place with a convenient infrastructure in a district of Vilnius – Naujamiestis, which is just 8 minutes from the city center by car. The apartments in the A+ energy class house are rationally planned to take into account the different needs of individualists, couples, and families. The building contains 33 apartments and 22 parking places. All the property is sold out already.
The project was implemented with the project partner Ratoka LLC the company that has successfully developed different kinds of real estate projects in Lithuania, since 2010. The company has a huge experience in the construction industry and building development including apartment buildings and private houses.
