Aventus Group reports EUR 95.7 million in net profit for 2025

In 2025, Aventus Group, PeerBerry’s main business partner, delivered strong financial and operational results. The Group earned EUR 95.67 million in net profit, representing around 10% growth year-on-year.

“2025 was a year of growth and expansion for Aventus Group. Our companies across all markets delivered strong operational results. During the year, we expanded our presence in most of the markets we operate in, established new companies to provide funding for local businesses, and made thorough preparations for further international expansion in 2026.

It is also important to highlight that we continued to reduce our obligations to investors. Our debt-to-equity ratio is currently below 20%, which is exceptionally low compared to many players in the industry,” said Andrejus Trofimovas, CEO of Aventus Group.

During the year, Aventus Group lenders issued EUR 1.3 billion in new loans. The Group’s total loan portfolio reached EUR 346.84 million at the end of 2025, marking a 27% increase compared to the end of 2024.

Aventus Group’s equity stood at EUR 225.68 million at year-end, reflecting 47% growth year-on-year and further strengthening the Group’s financial position.

In 2025, the Group’s interest income amounted to EUR 411.39 million, up 18% compared to 2024.

Aventus Group currently operates in 20 countries worldwide and is among the largest online lending groups globally by geographic reach. The Group specialises in lending, real estate, and IT businesses and employs over 4 500 professionals across its international operations. Since its establishment in 2009, Aventus Group companies have issued almost EUR 7 billion in loans.

Looking ahead, Aventus Group plans to further expand in 2026, targeting new mature markets. The Group also aims to broaden its product offering by providing loans to businesses in more countries and by introducing new solutions for its retail customers.
