Aventus Group expands to Brazil, opening future growth opportunities for PeerBerry investors
PeerBerry’s long-term partner Aventus Group is preparing to launch its lending operations in Brazil this year, further strengthening its global presence and creating new potential opportunities for investors on the platform.
Brazil, the largest economy in Latin America with a population of over 200 million, offers strong growth potential for online lending. Despite a well-developed financial sector, access to credit remains limited for many consumers and small businesses—creating favorable conditions for alternative financing solutions.
“Brazil is a highly attractive market for us due to its scale, digital maturity, and clear demand for more accessible lending,” says Andrejus Trofimovas, CEO of Aventus Group. “We see strong long-term potential to grow a sustainable lending business there.”
The country’s rapidly expanding digital ecosystem—supported by widespread smartphone usage and modern payment infrastructure—continues to accelerate the adoption of online financial services. At the same time, stricter lending policies by traditional banks increase demand for faster and more flexible credit solutions.
For Aventus Group, entering Brazil is a natural step in building a geographically diversified and resilient business. The Group already operates in more than 20 countries and continues to expand in markets where digital lending can address unmet financial needs.
