Aventus Group starts developing a townhouse project of 72 property units in Marbella, Spain
Aventus group company Aventus Home, together with its business partners, is starting to develop a 72-unit townhouse project in Marbella, Spain.
The townhouse complex is being developed in a very attractive place—La Cala de Mijas, Costa del Sol—a perfect place nestled in a demanding location, close to all necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life: shops, schools, restaurants, cultural life, and leisure. Malaga airport is about 20 minutes away by car, and the sea is only about 8 minutes away by car.

72 semi-detached homes of 115.60 m2 each (the total area of 72 homes is 8 323,18 m2) with one or two swimming pools, gardens, and common areas will be built on the land plot, the total area of which is 14 107,71 m2. The garages will be located under each dwelling through an access and interior street in a common semi-basement.
The entire project is planned to be developed in 2 construction stages, each of 36 townhouses. The first stage of construction is planned to end in Q3 2026.
