SIB Group has repaid a loan of EUR 1,1 million to PeerBerry investors

Today, PeerBerry’s business partner – real estate developer SIB Group – has successfully closed the residential building project “Mo Garden” in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.

The real estate loan of EUR 1 million, plus an interest rate of EUR 105 438 (total amount of EUR 1 105 438) was repaid to PeerBerry investors on August 4, 2022.

We are pleased that more and more investors are making a profit from investing in projects developed by PeerBerry’s real estate partners.
